摘  要:低氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)常见于多种慢性缺氧性肺疾病,其确切的发病机制并不清楚,但缺氧引起的肺血管收缩和慢性血管重塑被认为是HPH的两个重要致病过程。缺氧诱导因子(HIF)是机体氧稳态的主要调节因子,其可参与调节细胞的能量代谢、金属离子转运、细胞增殖及凋亡过程,进而在HPH的血管重塑过程中发挥重要作用,但目前HPH中HIF的调节机制尚不清楚。本文主要综述了HPH中HIF-1α的调节机制(HIF-1α的翻译后修饰)及相关调控通路,以期为HPH的治疗提供新的思路。Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension(HPH)is common in a variety of chronic hypoxic pulmonary diseases.The exact mechanism is not clear,but hypoxic-induced pulmonary vasoconstriction and chronic pulmonary vascular remodeling are considered to be two important pathogenic processes of HPH.Hypoxia inducible factor(HIF)is the main regulator of oxygen homeostasis in the body.It can participate in the regulation of cell energy metabolism,metal ion transport,cell proliferation and apoptosis,and then play an important role in the process of vascular remodeling in HPH.However,the regulatory mechanism of HIF in HPH is still unclear.This article reviews the regulatory mechanism of HIF-1αin HPH(post-translational modification of HIF-1α)and its related regulatory pathways,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of HPH.
