摘 要:为研究HPR新型复合增效剂对超薄罩面沥青混合料路用性能的影响,采用干法添加方式将其掺入SBS改性沥青超薄罩面混合料,对混合料高温性能、水稳定性、低温性能、疲劳性能开展对比试验研究。结果表明,掺加0.3%和0.6%的HPR增效剂后,混合料动稳定度分别提升10%和29%;车辙变形深度分别降低10%和40%;低温性能分别提升8%和25%;疲劳寿命分别提升11%和25%,该增效剂能够提升超薄罩面混合料路用性能,且添加量为0.6%时提升效果显著,能够满足工程需要。工程中可采用干法直投添加,应用简便易行。HPR增效剂对超薄罩面品质提升具有促进作用。In order to study the effect of HPRs new composite synergist on the road performance of ultra-thin cover asphalt mixture,it was incorporated into SBS modified asphalt ultra-thin cover surface mixture by dry addition method,and comparative experiments were carried out on the high temperature performance,water stability,low temperature performance and fatigue performance of the mixture.The results showed that when 0.3%and 0.6%HPR synergist was added,the dynamic stability of the mixture was increased by 10%and 29%,and the deformation depth of rutting was reduced by 10%and 40%,the low temperature perform ance was increased by 8%and 25%,and the fatigue life was increased by 11%and 25%,respectively.The performance of ultra-thin cover mixtures was improved by synergist,and the improvement effect was significant when the addition amount was 0.6%,and can meet the needs of the project.The dry method can be used in the project,and the application is simple and easy.HPR synergists promote the quality improvement of ultra-thin masks.
