摘　　要：国防三线建设是新中国成立以后,在特定历史条件下进行的以国防战备为指导思想的大规模国防、科技、工业、交通基础设施建设。这次战略部署,对我国以后国民经济结构和布局都产生了深远影响。吕梁由于独特的地理位置和地形条件,被规划为太原市的战略后方基地.,从1965年开始以"三枪两弹"为核心的"七厂一库一电"三线建设工程全面展开,这些军工企业的建设和生产,对国防的巩固和地方经济发展产生了深远影响。The construction of the third-line national defense is a large-scale construction concerning national defense,science and technology,industry and transportation infrastructure under specific historical conditions and under the guidance of national defense preparedness after the founding of New China.This strategic deployment has had a profound impact on the structure and layout of China's national economy.Due to its unique geographical location and topographic conditions,Lyuliang was planned as a strategic rear base of Taiyuan City.Since 1965,the third-line construction of“seven factories,one reservoir,and one power”is in full swing with“three guns and two bullets”as the core.The construction and production of these military enterprises has had a profound impact on consolidating the national defense and promoting the local economy.
