摘　　要：某炼化公司新建芳烃抽提装置开工后抽余油中环丁砜含量高。该文针对这一问题进行分析论证查找原因,最终发现在采样分析过程中产生了较大误导,分析结果无法对装置运行提供正确指导。获得新数据后,分析认为是环丁砜从抽提塔中被过量地带入水洗塔中,通过调整抽提系统的操作参数,特别是降低了抽提塔的溶剂比,使抽余油中环丁砜含量降至达到设计要求,抽余油产品合格且减少了环丁砜消耗。One refinery has started a new aromatics extraction unit.There was a problem that the content of sulfolane in the raffinate oil was high.This article analyzes and proves the cause of this problem,and ultimately finds that there was significant misleading during the sampling analysis process,and the analysis results cannot provide correct guidance for the operation of the device.After obtaining new analysis data,it is believed that Sulfolane is excessively carried into the water scrubber from the extraction tower,,by adjusting the parameters of the extraction system,especially reduced the solvent ratio of the extraction tower,the content of sulfolane in raffinate oil was effectively reduced,and the design value was reached,qualified the raffinate oil product and reduced the consumption of sulfolane.
