行动者网络视角下新乡贤治村的动力机制研究

摘　　要：近年来,大批新乡贤为乡村善治贡献力量,不断推进乡村振兴的深入。本文运用行动者网络理论分析了四川L县、江西J市、山东P县三地新乡贤治村的经验模式及其动力机制。研究发现,L县以“丁真类群”为中心的文化符号推动了文旅产业发展;J市乡贤联盟创建企业与文化协会,促进了独特乡村文化共同体的形成;P县新乡贤韩梅类群积极利用自身知识为村民开展培训,推动了人才的回归以及新农村的建设。然而,新乡贤治村的动力机制中也存在行动者背离、内生动力不足等问题,只有减少行动者异议,加强新乡贤征召,引入市场化转变,才能在乡村发展中更好利用各方新乡贤力量,推动乡村全方位振兴,建设美好乡村。In recent years,a large number of new village sages contribute to the good governance of rural areas,and constantly promote the deepening of rural revitalization.This paper uses the actor network theory to analyze the empirical model and dynamic mechanism of new village sages governing villages in L County of Sichuan Province,J City of Jiangxi Province and P County of Shandong Province.It is found that the cultural symbols centered on"Ding Zhen Group"in L county promote the development of cultural tourism industry;The alliance of new village sages in J City established enterprises and cultural associations,which promoted the formation of a unique rural cultural community.Han Mei group in P County,new village sages,actively used their own knowledge to carry out training for villagers,promoting the return of talents and the construction of new countryside.However,the dynamic mechanism of new village sages governing villages also has some problems such as actors'departure and lack of endogenous power.Only by reducing actors'dissent,strengthening recruitment of new village sages and introducing market-oriented transformation,can we make better use of all new village sages in rural development,promote all-round rural revitalization and build a beautiful countryside.
