摘  要:水钢4#高炉容积为2500 m^(3),于2011年点火开炉。在2022年9月中旬开始,3#高炉开始提高钒钛矿冶炼,最高达40.7%钒钛比例.在3#高炉的相关经验下,2023年2月4#高炉开始提高对钒钛矿的冶炼。中上旬取得的效果显著。下旬炉温低,炉缸工作失常,造成一系列的生产事故。The volume of Shuigang 4#blast furnace is 2500 m^(3),Ignite and run the furnace in 2011.In mid September 2022,the 3#blast furnace began to increase the smelting of vanadium titanium ore,with a maximum ratio of 40.7%.Based on the relevant experience of the 3#blast furnace,the 4#blast furnace began to increase the smelting of vanadium titanium ore in February 2023.The results achieved in mid to early February were significant,with low furnace temperatures and abnormal operation of the furnace hearth in late February,resulting in a series of production accidents.The results achieved in mid to early February were significant.Starting in late February,the furnace temperature decreased and the furnace hearth malfunctioned,resulting in a series of production accidents.
