摘　　要：首钢水城钢铁(集团)有限公司(简称水钢,下同)为生产满足下游用户使用要求的椎6.5 mm规格深拉钢丝用DX70盘条,对盘条成分盘条成分进行优化设计;制定了合理可行的DX70热轧盘条控轧控冷工艺。综合金相组织、力学性能及用户试用说明,用此工艺生产的DX70盘条索氏体占比达到95%,平均断面收缩率49.6%,高于内控标准(Z≥30%),用户反馈拉拔性能良好。In order to produceφ6.5 mm DX70 wire rod for deep drawing steel wire to meet the requirements of downstream user,Shougang Shuicheng Iron and Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.(Shuigang for short,the same below)has optimized the design of wire rod composition and established reasonable and feasible TMCP process for DX70 hot-rolled wire rod.According to the metallographic structure,mechanical properties and user trial,the ratio of sorbite in DX70 wire rod produced by this process is 95%,the average area reduction is 49.6%,which is higher than the internal control standard(Z≥30%),and the user feedback that the drawing performance is excellent.
