浅谈SF6断路器的维护检修及故障处理

摘　　要：SF6气体具有优良的绝缘和灭弧性能,开断能力强,断口电压便于做得较高,允许连续开断次数较多,安全性好,适于频繁操作,噪音小,无火灾危险,可全面提升输变电设备的技术性能。但SF6断路器同时也具有以下缺点,它受电场的均匀程度及水分等杂质影响特别大,故对SF6断路器的密封结构、元件结构及SF6气体本身质量的要求相当严格。SF6断路器在正常运行中通过常规的维护和检修发现潜在的隐患和故障并实施处理,进一步提高设备的可靠性,减少设备事故的发生。SF6 gas has excellent insulation and arc extinguishing performance,strong breaking capacity,easy to operate high fracture voltage,allows for more continuous interruptions,good safety,is suitable for frequent operation,low noise,no fire hazard,and can comprehensively improve the technical performance of power transmission and transformation equipment.However,SF6 circuit breakers also have the following drawbacks:they are particularly affected by the uniformity of the electric field and impurities such as moisture.Therefore,the requirements for the sealing structure,component structure,and SF6 gas quality of SF6 circuit breakers are quite strict.During normal operation,SF6 circuit breakers discover hidden dangers and faults through routine maintenance and repair,and implement measures to further improve equipment reliability and reduce the occurrence of equipment accidents.
