摘　　要：结合水钢6、7号烧结机准备车间四辊电气控制系统的实际情况,分析了四辊电气控制系统电气故障出现的原因,以及原有四辊电气控制系统自动控制设计中电机保护器存在的缺陷,针对四辊破碎机电气控制系统存在的问题实施智能电机保护器转变为PLC自动控制系统的改造,说明了电机保护器参与控制的利弊。Based on the actual situation of the four-roller electrical control system in No.6 and No.7 sintering machine preparation workshop of Shuigang,the reasons for the electrical failure of the four-roller electrical control system were analyzed,as well as the defects of the motor protector in the original automatic control design of the four roller electric control system.In view of the problems existing in the electrical control system of four-roll crusher,the transformation of intelligent motor protector into PLC automatic control system is implemented,and the advantages and disadvantages of motor protector participating in control are explained.
