摘  要:为明确大豆食心虫成虫对大豆品种的产卵选择性及其子代幼虫的适生性,进而分析大豆品种对大豆食心虫的抗性水平差异,采用自由选择法,室内观察大豆食心虫成虫对6个大豆品种的豆荚的产卵选择性,测定品种豆荚内大豆食心虫幼虫的发育历期、体重、存活率等生物学指标,利用成虫产卵选择性指数(L)和幼虫适生性指数(F)与品种田间被害率的相关性评价大豆品种对大豆食心虫的适合度。结果表明:大豆食心虫成虫产卵在品种间的选择性存在显著差异,长农27的成虫产卵选择性指数最大(L=1.000),吉农11的产卵选择性指数最小(L=0.101);各品种间幼虫发育历期无显著性差异,但幼虫存活率存在显著差异,其中,吉育202上幼虫存活率最高,为80.00%,其幼虫适生性指数最高(F=1.000),吉农11上幼虫存活率最低,为38.33%,其幼虫适生性指数最低(F=0.479)。田间不同品种蛀荚率和虫食粒率亦存在显著差异,吉育202蛀荚率和虫食粒率最高,分别为17.31%和17.03%;吉农11蛀荚率和虫食粒率均最低,分别为7.80%和6.74%。大豆食心虫田间蛀荚率和虫食粒率与成虫产卵选择性指数和幼虫适生性指数均呈极显著正相关。可见,利用成虫产卵选择性指数和幼虫适生性指数可以评价大豆品种的抗虫性水平。This study aims to clarify oviposition selectivity and larval fitness of Leguminivora glycinivorella to different soybean varieties,and to further analyze the resistance level of soybean varieties to L.glycinivorella.Six soybean varieties(Jiyu 202,Jinong18,Jiyu 88,Changnong 27,Jinong 11 and Jiyu 93)were provided for L.glycini-vorella to determine the oviposition preference by free choice method,meanwhile the development duration,weight and survival rate of L.glycinivorella larvae on different varieties were investigated in laboratory.The correlations be-tween variety field damage rate and index of oviposition selectivity(L)and larval fitness(F)were used to evaluate the fitness of soybean varieties to L.glycinivorella.The results showed that there were significant differences in the adult oviposition preference of L.glycinivorella to soybean varieties.Changnong 27 had the largest oviposition selec-tivity index,and Jinong 11 had the lowest oviposition selectivity index,which were 1.000 and 0.101,respectively.There were no significant differences in larval developmental duration,but there was a significant difference in the survival rate of L.glycinivorella feeding on different soybean varieties.The larvae fed with Jiyu 202 had the highest survival rate and larval fitness index at 80%and 1.000,respectively,while fed with Jinong11 had the lowest surviv-al rate and larval fitness index at 38.33%and 0.479%,respectively.Field investigations showed that there were sig-nificant differences in the pod-bored rate and seed-damaged rate of L.glycinivorella feeding on six soybean variet-ies.The pod-bored rate and seed-damaged rate on Jiyu 202 were the highest at 17.31%and 17.03%,respectively,whereas that on Jinong 11 were the lowest at 7.80%and 6.74%,respectively.The field pod-bored rate and seed-damaged rate of L.glycinivorella were positively correlated with oviposition selectivity index and larval fitness in-dex.The results indicated that the oviposition selectivity index and larval fitness index can be used to evaluate the
