摘 要:为了筛选最适宜培育1年生培忠杉容器苗的容器规格和基质配比,提高培忠杉苗木的培育技术水平,以培忠杉扦插幼苗为试验材料,采用双因素完全随机区组设计,按容器的口径和高度选择3种不同规格(C1(9.5 cm×15.0 cm)、C2(10.8 cm×15.0 cm)、C3(12 cm×15 cm))的无纺布容器;以草炭、杨树皮、腐熟鸡肥、珍珠岩为基质材料,按照体积比设置4种不同的基质配比(M1、M2、M3、M4),分析容器规格和基质配比对培忠杉容器苗生长指标(苗高、地径、根系及生物量等)的影响。结果表明:容器规格和基质配比以及两者的交互作用对培忠杉苗木的苗高、地径、生物量和根系的绝大部分指标的影响均达极显著水平(P<0.01);随着容器规格的增大和基质中草炭添加比例的增大,培忠杉容器苗苗高、地径、生物量和根系等指标均呈现逐渐增大的变化趋势。C3(12 cm×15 cm)规格容器中培育的培忠杉苗木,除高径比和一级不定根侧根数量指标之外,其余测定指标均为最大值。4种配比的育苗基质,除总孔隙度指标无显著差异外,基质密度、pH、全氮质量分数、全磷质量分数、全钾质量分数等指标之间的差异均达显著水平(P<0.05)。M4基质(V(草炭)∶V(腐熟鸡肥)∶V(珍珠岩)=60∶20∶20)密度较低,总孔隙度较大,全氮、全磷质量分数也较高,并且M4基质中培育的培忠杉苗木除高径比外,其余测定指标均为最大值。因此,C3规格的无纺布容器和M4基质配比最适宜培育1年生培忠杉容器苗。In order to screen the most suitable container specifications and substrate ratio for cultivating one-year-old container seedlings of×Taxodiomera peizhongii,and improve the cultivation technology level of×T.peizhongii.In this study,the cuttings of×T.peizhongii were used as experimental materials,and a two-factor completely random block design was adopted.According to the diameter and height of the containers,three kinds of non-woven containers with different specifications(C1(9.5 cm×15.0 cm),C2(10.8 cm×15.0 cm)and C3(12 cm×15 cm))were selected;With peat,poplar bark,decomposed chicken manure and Perlite as matrix materials,four different matrix ratios(M1,M2,M3,M4)were set according to the volume ratio,and the effects of container specifications and matrix ratios on the growth indicators(seedling height,ground diameter,root system,biomass,etc.)of×T.peizhongii container seedlings were analyzed.The results showed that the container size,substrate ratio and their interaction had a very significant effect on the seedling height,ground diameter,and most of the biomass and root indexes of×T.peizhongii.With the increase of size of container and peat proportion in substrate,the seedling height,ground diameter,biomass and root growth indexes showed an increasing trend.Except for the height-diameter ratio and the number of the lateral roots of original adventitious roots that other measured indexes of×T.peizhongii seedlings cultivated in C3(12 cm×15 cm)were the largest.There was no significant difference in the porosity among the four substrate compositions,but there were significant differences among other indexes including Matrix density,pH,[JP2]total nitrogen mass fraction,total phosphorus mass fraction,and total potassium mass fraction.M4 matrix(V(peat)∶[JP]V(decomposed chicken manure)∶V(Perlite)=60∶20∶20)has lower density,larger total porosity,and higher total nitrogen and phosphorus content,and substrate composition.In addition,except for the height-diameter ratio,the other measured indexes of×T.peiz
