摘 要:针对二维可视化分析管控系统已经无法满足当前行业的需求,提出基于三维GIS的输变电设备可视化分析管控系统设计,在三级构架模式中引入三维GIS,构建可视化分析管控系统架构,系统架构分为逻辑层和功能层两个层次,采用Web Service、统一资源定位系统、结构化数据接口、非结构化数据接口和空间数据接口等方式采集不同系统监测数据,采集到的数据经预处理后可通过实际范围索引树实现数据检索,结合时间序列的自回归模型、自组织神经网络和密度聚类算法监测可实现输变电设备监测与报警。实验结果表明,所提方法在输变电设备数据检索中的检索时长更短;在输变电设备数据监测与报警中精确率、召回率、准确率、F-Measure值更高。该系统的应用有利于提高输变电设备的运行稳定性。In view of the fact that the two-dimensional visual analysis management and control system can no longer meet the needs of the current industry,this paper puts forward the design of the visual analysis management and control system for power transmission and transformation equipment based on three-dimensional GIS,introduces three-dimensional GIS into the three-level architecture mode,and constructs the visual analysis management and control system architecture,which is divided into two levels:logical layer and functional layer.Web Service,unified resource location system,structured data interface,unstructured data interface and spatial data interface are used to collect monitoring data of different systems.After pretreatment,the collected data can be retrieved through the actual range index tree,and the monitoring of power transmission and transformation equipment can be realized by combining autoregressive model of time series,self-organizing neural network and density clustering algorithm.The experimental results show that the retrieval time of the proposed method in data retrieval of power transmission and transformation equipment is shorter;In the data monitoring and alarm of power transmission and transformation equipment,the accuracy rate,recall rate,accuracy rate and F-Measure value are higher.The application of this system is beneficial to improve the operation stability of power transmission and transformation equipment.
