摘　　要：通过观察HE4、CA125及NEAT1在卵巢囊肿和卵巢癌中的表达差异,提出一种基于NEAT1检测的鉴别卵巢良恶性疾病和肿瘤进展的诊断方法。首先,对研究对象进行血清HE4、CA125和组织NEAT1检测,ROC分析血清HE4、CA125水平和组织NEAT1表达对卵巢癌鉴别诊断的应用价值。其次,观察不同病理特征的卵巢癌患者血清HE4、CA125水平和组织NEAT1表达变化,Pearson相关性分析其与肿瘤进展的关系。结果表明HE4、CA125、NEAT1表达变化与卵巢良恶性疾病和肿瘤进展有关,三者联合检测可以提高对卵巢囊肿和卵巢癌的鉴别诊断效能。The aim of this study was to provide a new diagnostic method for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian diseases and tumor progression based on NEAT1 detection by observing the differences of HE4,CA125and NEAT1 in ovarian cysts and ovarian cancer.Firstly,serum HE4 and CA125,and NEAT1 in different tissues were detected.The application value of HE4,CA125 and NEAT1 in the differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer was analyzed by ROC curves.Secondly,changes of HE4,CA125 and NEAT1 in ovarian cancer patients with different pathological characteristics were observed,and their relationship with tumor progression was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.The results showed that changes of HE4,CA125 and NEAT1 were related to benign and malignant ovarian diseases and tumor progression.The combined detection of HE4,CA125 and NEAT1 could improve differential diagnosis efficiency for ovarian cysts and ovarian cancer.
