超声心动图联合血清学指标诊断急性心肌梗死的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:分析超声心动图联合血清学指标诊断急性心肌梗死(AMI)的价值。方法:150例AMI患者为观察组,161例健康体检者为对照组,分析两组及不同心功能分级AMI患者的血清、超声心动图各指标、二者之间的相关性及单独与联合检测的诊断价值。结果:与对照组比,观察组血清各指标、LVEDD、LVEDV、LVESV更高,LVEF更低(P<0.05)。随心功能分级升高,血清各指标、LVEDD、LVEDV、LVESV升高,LVEF降低(P<0.05)。血清各指标与LVEDD、LVEDV、LVESV呈正相关,与LVEF呈负相关(P<0.05)。血清、超声心动图各指标联合检测诊断效能更高(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图联合血清学指标诊断AMI的价值更高。Objective:To analyze the value of echocardiography combined with serological indicators in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:150 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients as the observation group,161 cases of healthy people as the control group,analysis of the two groups and different cardiac function classification of acute myocardial infarction in patients with serum,echocardiography indicators,the correlation between the two and the diagnostic value of single and combined detection.Results:Compared with control group,LVEDD,LVEDV and LVESV were higher and LVEF was lower in observation group(P<0.05).With the increase of cardiac function classification,LVEDD,LVEDV and LVESV increased gradually,while LVEF decreased gradually(P<0.05).Serum indicators were positively correlated with LVEDD,LVEDV,and LVESV,while negatively correlated with LVEF(P<0.05).The diagnostic efficiency of combined detection of serum and echocardiographic indexes was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography combined with serological indicators in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction was more valuable.
