摘　　要：为助力制造业综合应用物联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术,帮助制造企业改进生产管理,推进智能制造改造升级,加速企业数字化与智能化转型,研究了工业互联网平台的架构体系,包括总体架构、集成架构、部署架构及平台安全体系,并基于该架构体系研发了华润工业互联网平台。平台由边缘层、基础设施层(IaaS)、平台层(PaaS)、应用层(SaaS)组成,边缘层主要负责设备连接与数据采集,IaaS层提供云计算资源,PaaS层由数据中台、技术中台、业务中台等组成,SaaS层为工业应用。平台具备IoT边缘计算、云平台服务、大数据分析与治理、工业模型服务、App快速开发5大能力,在企业应用实践中取得了较好成果,入选2022年工信部“双跨”平台,可为其他企业的工业互联网平台建设与应用提供参考。In order to help the manufacturing industry comprehensively apply the new generation of information technologies such as Internet of things,big data and artificial intelligence,help manufacturing enterprises improve production management,promote the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing,and accelerate the transformation of enterprise digitalization and intellectualization,the architecture system of industrial Internet platform are researched,including the overall architecture,integration architecture,deployment architecture and platform security system.Based on the architecture,China Resources industrial Internet platform is developed.The platform is composed of edge layer,IaaS(Infrastructure as a Service),PaaS(Platform as a Service)and SaaS(Software as a Service)layer.The edge layer is mainly responsible for equipment connection and data collection.The IaaS layer provides cloud computing resources.The PaaS layer is composed of data centralized platform,technology centralized platform,business centralized platform,etc.the SaaS layer includes industrial application.Five capabilities:IoT(Internet of Things)and edge computing,cloud platform services,big data analysis and governance,industrial model services,and rapid App development are contained in the platform.It has achieved good results in enterprise application practice and be selected as the"double span"platform of the ministry of industry and information technology in 2022,which can provide reference for the construction and application of industrial Internet platforms for other enterprises.
