摘 要:为节约能源,充分利用高温高压余汽,提出一种多釜多阶自动倒汽控制算法,将蒸压釜的蒸养过程数字化。根据不同釜之间的蒸养工艺阶段,在保证生产效率的情况下,将蒸养后的余汽通过釜间压差多阶分段倒入到多釜利用。倒汽过程按多釜调度规则执行,直到余汽消耗利用完毕。倒汽执行阶段通过模糊PID控制,严格跟随工艺曲线,确保产品蒸养质量。结果表明:所提方法在确保产品质量的基础上,能充分减少余汽的能源浪费,降低ALC工厂的能源消耗。In order to save energy and make full use of high temperature and high pressure autoautos,a multiple stages automatic steam reversing control algorithm is proposed,which digitizes the steam curing process of the autoclave.According to the steam curing process stages between different autoclaves,under the condition of ensuring the production efficiency,the residual steam after steam curing is poured into the multiple autoclaves by multiple tage sections through the pressure difference between the autoclaves.The steam reversing process is implemented according to the multiple autoclave scheduling rules until the residual steam is consumed and utilized.Fuzzy PID control is adopted in the steam reversing execution stage to strictly follow the process curve to ensure the steam curing quality of the product.The results show that on the basis of ensuring the product quality,by using the proposed method,the energy waste of residual steam can be fully reduced and the energy consumption of ALC plant can be reduced.
