摘  要:基于戴姆勒Integra标准,对接车机进行升级改造,引入激光传感器对可移动托臂装置进行定位。利用STEP7 V5.6软件,基于戴姆勒integra标准对激光传感器进行硬件组态及编程调用,实现数据的采集和处理,进而对可移动托臂装置进行定位控制。结果表明:所设计的激光传感器定位解决方案能够克服接近开关定位方式导致的可移动托臂装置定位不准的问题,实现了故障诊断可视化,提升了设备智能化程度及设备技术可用率,有效地提升了企业经济效益。Based on the Daimler Integra standard,the shuttle is upgraded and a laser sensor is introduced to position the mobile arm unit.The STEP7 V5.6 software is used to configure and program the laser sensor based on the Daimler integra standard,the data acquisition and processing are realized,and the mobile arm device is position controlled.The results show that by using the designed laser sensor positioning solution,the problem of inaccurate positioning of the mobile arm device caused by the proximity switch positioning method can be overcomed,fault diagnosis visualization can be realized,the degree of equipment intelligence and equipment technology availability can be improved,and the economic benefits of enterprises can be effectively improved.
