竹/涤混纺面料耐熨烫变色的研究

摘　　要：竹/涤混纺面料高温熨烫后存在变色程度大的问题,文章对其影响因素进行了探讨。试验结果表明,经蓝色活性染料染色后的竹/涤混纺面料高温熨烫后变色严重,总色差值ΔE较大。高温熨烫后布面pH值变化幅度在0.3以上,添加酸性调节剂后,总色差值ΔE较小,色光稳定。This paper carried out research on the influencing factors for the discoloration of bamboo viscose/polyester blend fabric after high-temperature ironing.The experimental results showed that the bamboo viscose/polyester blended fabric dyed with blue reactive dye showed severe discoloration after high-temperature ironing and the total color differenceΔE is relatively large.After high-temperature ironing,the pH value of the fabric surface changes by more than 0.3.By adding an acidic modifier,the total color differenceΔE tends to be small and the color light is stable.
