摘　　要：目的 探讨基于Iowa循证实践模式的护理方案对老年脑卒中患者吞咽功能的影响。方法 以2021年4月至2022年10月广东医科大学附属第二医院收治的85例老年脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组42例患者采用常规护理干预,在其基础上,观察组43例患者采用基于Iowa循证实践模式的护理方案干预。比较2组患者的吞咽功能、心境状态及生活质量。结果 观察组的吞咽功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预2个月后,2组的简式简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)和吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)各维度评分均优于同组干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组的POMS-SF和SWAL-QOL各维度评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 基于Iowa循证实践模式的护理方案可明显改善老年脑卒中患者的吞咽功能及心境状态,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of nursing scheme based on the Iowa model of evidence-based practice on the swallowing function of elderly stroke patients.Methods A total of 85 elderly stroke patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from April 2021 to October 2022 were enrolled.They were divided into control and observation groups by using a random number table.The 42 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the 43 patients in the observation group additionally received nursing intervention based on the Iowa model of evidence-based practice.The swallowing function,mood state,and quality of life of two groups were compared.Results The swallowing function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention,the scores of various dimensions of the Profile of Mood States-Short Form(POMS-SF)and Swallowing Quality of Life Questionnaire(SWAL-QOL)in both groups were better than those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores of various dimensions of the POMS-SF and SWALQOL in the observation group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing scheme based on the Iowa model of evidence-based practice can significantly improve the swallowing function,mood state,and quality of life of elderly stroke patients.
