摘  要:危急遮断系统对保障电厂机组的安全稳定运行有着重要作用。通过对A电厂一起330 MW非计划停机事故的原因分析,明确了危急遮断系统电源的供电原理,指出了因危急遮断系统失电导致电磁阀泄压引起机组跳机的缺陷,并针对危急遮断系统电源接线及试验过程中存在的缺陷,基于安全生产原则提出了改造危急遮断系统电源为2路交流电源独立供电的优化措施,确保了危急遮断系统电源供电的稳定性。The Emergency Trip System plays an important role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of power plant units.Based on an analysis of the cause of a 330 MW unplanned shutdown accident in power plant A,power supply principle of the Emergency Trip System is clarified,and it is pointed out that the electromagnetic valve pressure relief caused by the loss of power in the Emergency Trip System leads to the trip of the unit.In order to deal with the defects in the wiring and testing of the Emergency Trip System power supply,the optimization measures of transforming the Emergency Trip System power supply into two independent AC power supplies are proposed based on the principle of safe production,which ensures the stability of the Emergency Trip System power supply.
