摘  要:山西某发电公司为响应山西省深度调峰的要求,采用炉水再循环的技术路线对1号机组进行宽负荷脱硝改造。通过改造,机组负荷降低至40%额定负荷时,选择性催化还原脱硝装置入口烟气温度由287℃提高至300℃以上,具备了40%额定负荷及以上负荷工况下投运脱硝的能力。机组深度调峰能力从56%额定负荷降低至40%额定负荷,可为同类型机组深度调峰宽负荷脱硝改造提供参考。In response to the requirements of deep-peak regulation in Shanxi Province,a Shanxi power generation company adopts the technical route of furnace water recirculation to carry out the wide-load denitration transformation of Unit No.1.After transformation,the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the selective catalytic reduction denitration unit is increased from 287 C to more than 300 C,when the unit load is reduced to 40%rated load,and the denitration can be operated under the condition of 40%rated load and above.The deep-peak regulation capacity of the unit is reduced from 56%rated load to 40%rated load,which can provide reference for the deep-peak regulation and wide-load denitration transformation of the same type of units.
