摘 要:模块化多电平换流器的频率耦合效应会影响换流器的阻抗特性,进而影响高频谐振抑制措施的有效性。文中首先考虑频率耦合效应建立模块化多电平换流器交流侧导纳矩阵模型;接着,定量地分析常见高频谐振抑制措施对系统频率耦合效应的影响,结果表明在常见高频谐振抑制措施下系统频率耦合效应有加剧趋势;随后,提出一种同时抑制频率耦合效应和高频谐振的措施;最后,以鲁西背靠背异步联网工程广西侧模型为例,通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证了模型的正确性及所提措施的有效性。The frequency coupling effect of the modular multilevel converter affects the impedance characteristics of the converter,and then affects the effectiveness of high-frequency resonance suppression measures.Firstly,the frequency coupling effect is considered to establish theAC-side admittance matrix model of the modular multilevel converter.Secondly,the influence of common high-frequency resonance suppression measures on the system frequency coupling effect is quantitatively analyzed.The result shows that the frequency coupling effect of the system has a tendency to intensify with the common high-frequency resonance suppression measures.Then,a measure to suppress both the frequency coupling effect and the high-frequency resonance is proposed.Finally,the Guangxi-side model of Luxi back-to-back asynchronous grid-connection project in China in PSCAD/EMTDC is taken as an example to verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the proposed measure.
