摘  要:主轴的稳定性与可靠性决定了发动机是否能够正常运转,为确保发动机运行安全,提出基于有限元的发动机主轴疲劳寿命预测方法。分别分析温度、转数和负荷对发动机疲劳寿命的影响,根据分析结果将负荷作为主要影响因素,通过构建负荷分布模型,获取主轴变形与荷载的关系以及主轴受力情况;有限元分析过程包括目标离散化、单元分析、总刚集成荷载移置等,计算获得目标的位移函数、应变函数以及刚度矩阵;将最大剪应变区间、法向应变区间和最大应力区间作为疲劳参数,构建寿命预测模型,经过参数修正,得到最终预测方程。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够准确分析得出疲劳寿命随转数和荷载的变化趋势,得到的预测结果与实际结果相符。The stability and reliability of the main shaft can ensure the safe operation of the engine.In this paper,a method of predicting the fatigue life of the engine main shaft was put forward based on the finite element method.Firstly,we analyzed the influence of temperature,revolution and load on the fatigue life of the engine,and then we found that the load was the main influencing factor.Moreover,we built a load distribution model for obtaining the re-lationship between the deformation of the main shaft and load as well as the stress of the main shaft.The finite ele-ment analysis process mainly includes target discretization,element analysis and total stiffness integration load dis-placement.Moreover,we calculated the displacement function,strain function and stiffness matrix of the target.Fur-thermore,we took the maximum shear strain interval,normal strain interval and maximum stress interval as fatigue parameters.Finally,we constructed a model of life prediction thus obtaining the final prediction equation after param-eter correction.Simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately analyze the variation trend of fatigue life with the number of revolutions and load.And the predicted result is consistent with the actual result.
