摘  要:前庭电刺激技术是由经颅电刺激技术演化而来的一种针对内耳前庭器官进行电流刺激的非侵入性刺激技术。本文对前庭直流电刺激技术引起的内耳电磁场效应进行有限元仿真研究。对含有内耳结构的真实三维头模型进行重建,利用COMSOL软件建立了前庭电刺激的电场仿真模型。然后分析了在不同的电流强度和不同电极面积条件下,双侧内耳电场的分布情况。还使用了“4+1”环形电极的刺激方案对单侧内耳进行靶向刺激,对内耳电场分布的聚焦性进行了研究。结果表明,电流强度和电极面积的变化能有效地调节内耳的电场分布,使用环形电极的刺激方案能对刺激靶区内的内耳电场产生显著的影响,提高了聚焦度,这对前庭电刺激技术的临床应用具有一定的指导意义。Vestibular electrical stimulation technology is a non-invasive stimulation technology which evolved from transcranial electrical stimulation technology for current stimulation of vestibular organs in the inner ear.In this paper,the electromagnetic field effect of inner ear caused by vestibular DC stimulation was studied by finite element simulation.The real three-dimensional head model with inner ear structure was reconstructed,and the electric field simulation model of vestibular electrical stimulation was established by using COMSOL software.Then the distribution of electric field in bilateral inner ear under different current intensity and electrode area was analyzed.This paper also used the stimulation scheme of"4+1"ring electrode to target the unilateral inner ear,and studied the focusing of the electric field distribution in the inner ear.The results show that the changes of current intensity and electrode area can effectively adjust the electric field distribution of inner ear.The stimulation scheme using ring electrode have a signifi-cant impact on the electric field of inner ear in the stimulation target area and improve the focusing degree,which has certain guiding significance for the clinical application of vestibular electrical stimulation technology.
