摘　　要：用钠硅酸盐玻璃生产原始玻璃纤维短切纱,再经过酸沥滤和热烧结工艺处理后得到高硅氧玻璃纤维短切纱。通过对浸润剂配方中润滑剂和成膜剂种类、加量及配方固含量等因素设计实验,结果表明,该配方满足了原始钠硅酸盐玻璃纤维在生产过程中拉丝工序湿润滑和集束的要求,达到了原丝短切纱在酸液中不结团的目的,使短切纱与酸液充分进行化学反应,制造出w(SiO_(2))>96%的高硅氧玻璃纤维短切纱。The original glass fiber short cut yarn is produced from sodium silicate glass,and then subjected to acid leaching and heat treatment processes to obtain high silica glass fiber short cut yarn.By designing experiments on factors such as the type,dosage,and solid content of lubricants and film-forming agents in the sizing agent formula,the results showed that the formula met the requirements of wet lubrication and bundling in the drawing process of the original sodium silicate glass fiber,achieving the goal of non agglomeration of the original short cut yarn in the acid solution,allowing the short cut yarn to fully react with the acid solution,and producing a high silica glass fiber short cut yarn with w(SiO_(2))>96%.
