摘 要:对配制的含油污水电絮凝净化,使用浊度计、紫外分光光度计对净化后的含油污水进行测量,研究极板材料、电流密度、极板间距等因素对电絮凝净化含油污水效果的影响,确定最优工况后对极板开孔进行结构优化。结果表明,最优工况为极板材料Al(阳)-Al(阴)、电流密度5 mA/cm^(2)、极板间距4 cm;该工况下,浊度去除率为99.76%,除油率为86.26%;浊度去除率与极板开孔形状及大小的关系不确定;除油率为极板开圆孔优于开三角孔,孔径越大除油效果越好,6 mm圆孔除油率达到94.5%。The prepared oily sewage is purified by electric flocculation.The purified oily sewage is measured with turbidimeter and UV spectrophotometer,and the effects of electrode material,current density,electrode spacing and other factors on the purification of oily sewage by electro flocculation are studied to explore its optimal working condition.The results show that the turbidity removal rate is 99.76%and the oil removal rate is 86.26%when the electrode plate material Al(positive)-Al(negative),the current density is 5 mA/cm^(2)and the electrode plate spacing is 4 cm.Under the optimal operating conditions,the relationship between turbidity removal rate and the shape and size of electrode plate openings is uncertain.For the oil removal rate,the circular hole of the electrode plate is better than the triangular hole,the larger the hole diameter,the better the oil removal rate,and the oil removal rate of a 6mm circular hole reaches 94.5%.
