摘 要:随着环保理念日渐深入人心,在追求化学品高品质的前提下,越来越注重产品无公害、易降解及生产工艺发展潜力。天然高分子材料可以转化为增值资源,用于石油和天然气生产,满足油田化学品相关的环境要求、生产化学品的原材料可持续性及降低碳氢化合物生产总成本的需要。简述了天然聚合物在油田作业中的应用及酚类油田化学品的发展历程,重点阐述了以植物酚类材料作为新型钻井液处理剂、油田水处理剂、油井水泥外加剂和强化采油用化学剂的研究进展及最新研究成果,并对植物酚类化学品的研究方向和发展前景进行了分析与展望。With the concept of environmental protection increasing popular,under the premise of pursuing high quality chemicals,more and more attention is paid to the products with pollution-free,easy degradation,and great potential in production progress.Natural polymer materials can be converted into value-added resources for oil and natural gas production.The use of these materials has become necessary due to the environmental requirements associated with post-use oilfield chemicals,the sustainability of the raw materials for produce chemicals,and the need to reduce the total cost of hydrocarbon production.This paper briefly describes the application of natural polymer in oilfield operation and the development process of phenolic oilfield chemicals,focusing on the research progress and the latest research results of using new plant phenolic materials as drilling fluid treatment agent,oilfield water treatment agent,oil well cement admixture and chemical agent for enhanced oil production.The research direction and development prospect of plant phenolic chemicals are analyzed and discussed.
