摘 要:目的:分析全球范围内芍药的生态适宜性,为芍药的产业布局以及种植基地建设提供科学依据。方法:获取芍药的主产区、道地产区和野生生长区的378个生态位点及其主要气候因子和土壤类型等生态指标,采用药用植物全球产地生态适宜性区划信息系统(GMPGIS)分析影响芍药分布的主要环境因素,同时利用GMPGIS系统对芍药适宜生态产区进行规划。结果:芍药适宜产地的主要生态因子为年均温度-6.9~18.7℃,年均降水量303~2493 mm,年均相对湿度49.8%~80.4%,年均日照强度87.3~161.3 W/m^(2);最适宜芍药种植的土壤类型是黑钙土。在全球范围内,适宜芍药种植的区域主要为俄罗斯、中国、加拿大、美国等国家,总面积约为170.45万km^(2);在中国境内,芍药适宜种植区主要在黑龙江、内蒙古、四川、陕西等省市自治区,总面积约为32.89万km^(2)。结论:运用GMPGIS系统研究可为芍药的资源分布及合理引种提供数据支撑,同时也可促进芍药产业水平的提升和发展。Objective:To analyze the ecological suitability of Paeonia lactiflora in the world,so as to provide scientific basis for the industrial layout and planting base construction of Paeonia lactiflora.Methods:378 ecological loci and their main climatic factors,soil types and other ecological indicators were obtained from the main producing areas,genuine producing areas and wild growing areas of Paeonia lactiflora.The global ecological suitability zoning information system(GMPGIS)was used to analyze the main environmental factors affecting the distribution of Paeonia lactiflora,and the GMPGIS system was used to plan the ecological areas suitable for Paeonia lactiflora.Results:The main ecological factors of Paeonia lactiflora suitable producing area were annual temperature(-6.9 to 18.7 ℃),annual precipitation(303 to 2 493 mm),annual relative humidity(49.8% to 80.4%),and annual light(87.3 to 161.3 W per square meter).The most suitable soil types for Paeonia lactiflors planting was chernozem.In the global scale,the suitable areas for Paeonia lactiflora cultivation were mainly Russia,China,Canada,the United States and other countries,with a total area of about 1.7045 million square kilometers.In China,the suitable planting areas of Paeonia lactiflora were mainly in Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Sichuan,Shaanxi and other provinces and autonomous regions,with a total area of about 32.89 million square kilometers.Conclusion:The application of GMPGIS system can provide data support for the resource distribution and rational introduction of Paeonia lactiflora,and promote the promotion and development of Paeonia lactiflora industry.
