摘　　要：目的:研究白木香野生虫漏沉香的化学成分。方法:采用了硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、半制备高效液相色谱等分离纯化单体化合物,通过核磁共振波谱和质谱等鉴定结构,并运用HPLC-UV对沉香四醇作定量分析。结果:从野生虫漏沉香中分离得到9个2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:异沉香四醇(1)、沉香四醇(2)、(5S,6R,7S,8R)-5,6,7,8-四羟基-2-[2-(4-甲氧基)苯乙基]色酮(3)、(5S,6R,7S,8R)-5,6,7,8-四羟基-2-[2-(2-羟基)苯乙基]色酮(4)、aquilarone E(5)、aquilarone D(6)、aquilarone A(7)、(6S,7S,8S)-6,7,8-三羟基-5,6,7,8-四氢-2-[2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧基)苯乙基]色酮(8)和6,8-二羟基-2-[2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧基)苯乙基]色酮(9)。化合物2的含量为2.67%,沉香浸膏得率为49.84%。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从野生虫漏沉香中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of wild Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,semi preparative high performance liquid chromatography and others.The structures were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and mass spectrometry(MS).HPLC-UV was used for quantitative analysis of agarotetrol.Results:Nine 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones were isolated from wild Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum and identified as isoagarotetrol(1),agarotetrol(2),(5S,6R,7S,8R)-2-[2-(4-methoxylphenyl)ethyl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrochromone(3),(5S,6R,7S,8R)-2-[2-(2-hydroxylphenyl)ethyl]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrochromone(4),aquilarone E(5),aquilarone D(6),aquilarone A(7),(6S,7S,8S)-2-[2-(3-hydroxyl-4-methoxylphenyl)ethyl]-6,7,8-trihydroxyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrochromone(8),6,8-dihydroxyl-2-[2-(3-hydroxyl-4-methoxylphenyl)ethyl]chromone(9),respectively.The content of agarotetrol was 2.67%,the ethanol extract contents of Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum was 49.84%.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 9 are isolated from wild Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum for the first time.
