摘　　要：大规模定制的出现增加了物料配送的难度,将准确适量的物料在正确的时间、以正确的方式配送到正确的地点对于生产的顺利进行是至关重要的。为了提高物料配送的精准程度和智能化水平,更好地应对大规模定制给物料配送提出的挑战,文中提出一种基于智能物料箱的可变周期循环配送策略,该策略将物联网、区块链和智能物料箱等智能化技术和设备引入配送策略之中,变传统固定周期循环配送为可变周期循环配送,提高了物料配送的灵活性,缩短了应对变化的响应时间。The emergence of mass customization has increased the difficulty of material distribution.It is crucial for the smooth running of production that the right number of materials are delivered to the right place at the right time and in the right way.To improve the accuracy and intelligence level of material distribution and better cope with the challenges posed by mass customization to material distribution,this paper proposes a variable cycle milk-run strategy based on intelligent material boxes.This strategy introduces intelligent technologies and equipment such as the Internet of Things,blockchain and intelligent material boxes into the distribution strategy,and changes the traditional fixed cycle milk-run into variable cycle milk-run,which improves the flexibility of material distribution and shortens the time to response changes.
