摘 要:销售物流作为企业物流的最后一个环节,同时也是企业适应市场变化、提升用户满意度的关键环节,对于一个企业的经营运作至关重要。近年来,汽车市场需求波动加大,汽车零部件企业的销售物流成本显著增加,传统运营模式已无法满足愈发多变的客户需求。通过引入互联网信息技术,将VMI和3PL理论相融合,优化汽车零部件企业销售物流系统,可以帮助企业零部件企业降低物流成本,提高经济效益。As the last link of enterprise logistics,sales logistics is also a key link for enterprises to adapt to market changes and improve user satisfaction,which is of great importance to the operation of an enterprise.In recent years,the demand fluctuation of automobile market has increased,and the sales logistics cost of automobile parts enterprises has increased significantly.The traditional operation mode can no longer meet the increasingly variable customer needs.By introducing Internet information technology and integrating VMI and 3PL theory,optimizing the sales logistics system of auto parts enterprises can help them reduce logistics costs and improve economic benefits.
