数字经济下物流管理专业产教协同育人机制探析

摘　　要：随着数字经济的高速发展,物流产业正加快向数字物流转型升级,因此,推进产教协同育人,培养适应产业发展需求的高素质专门人才,成为物流管理专业人才培养面临的重要课题。从产业视角,数字经济下物流产业需要擅长将数字新技术应用于不同物流业务场景的交叉融合型人才;从教育视角,物流管理专业需要培养深度对接数字经济下物流产业需求的新商科人才。基于人才需求分析,文中从系统一般结构模式出发,提出产教协同育人的“学生-教师-专业-企业”全主体“赋能提质升级增效”动力机制,课程引领的全方位“共建共治共享”合作机制和“全程可追溯,全方位评价,全面质量保障”的监管评价质量保障机制。With the rapid development of digital economy,logistics industry is transforming and upgrading to digital logistics.It's becoming an important issue for the talent training of logistics management major to promote the industry-education integration education,and cultivate high-quality professionals who meet the needs of industrial development.From the perspective of industry,the logistics industry under digital economy needs cross integrated talents who are good at applying new digital technologies to different logistics business scenarios.From the perspective of education,the logistics management major needs to cultivate new business talents who can meet the needs of the logistics industry under digital economy.Based on the analysis of talent demand,from the general structure mode of system theory,this paper puts forward the dynamic mechanism of“students-teachers-majors-enterprises”as the bodies of“enabling,quality improvement,upgrading and efficiency increase”of industry-education integration,the cooperation mechanism of“co-construction,co-governance and sharing”led by courses and the quality assurance mechanism of“whole process traceability,all-round evaluation and overall quality assurance”.
