摘　　要：文中以苏州旅游与财经高等职业技术学校物流管理专业核心课程《仓储管理实务》的教学改革为案例,对其必要性、现状进行剖析,搭建了该课程思政的框架,挖掘基于工作岗位的思政元素,实现了在教学过程中将思政元素与教学内容有机融合,形成“六阶递进”课程思想政治教育的目标,逐步把思想政治要素融入课程、教学活动,浸润学生心灵,实现递进式螺旋式育人。This paper takes the teaching reform of Warehouse Management Practice,which is the core course of logistics management major in Suzhou Tourismand Finance Institute,as the case,analyzes its necessity and status quo,builds the framework of curriculum ideology and politics,excavates the ideological and political elements based on the job,realizes the organic integration of ideological and political elements and teaching content in the teaching process,and forms the goal of ideological and political education of the“six step progressive”course,gradually integrates the ideological and political elements into the curriculum,teaching activities and infiltrates the students'minds to realize the progressive spiral education.
