通窍鼻炎片联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨通窍鼻炎片联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月—2022年6月在乌鲁木齐市中医医院进行治疗的108例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和联合组各54例,常规组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,联合组给予通窍鼻炎片联合孟鲁司特钠片治疗。观察并比较两组患者症状消失时间、临床效果、炎性因子水平、不良反应和复发情况。结果联合组症状消失时间、临床效果、炎性因子水平和复发率均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通窍鼻炎片联合孟鲁司特钠治疗过敏性鼻炎临床效果较好,且并不会增加不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongqiaobiyan tablet combined with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 108 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in Urumqi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a conventional group and a combination group with 54 patients each.The conventional group was treated with montelukast sodium,while the combination group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan Tablets combined with montelukast sodium tablets.Time of symptom disappearance,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,adverse reactions,and recurrence were compared between two groups.Results The time of symptom disappearance,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,and recurrence rate in the combination group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The overall clinical effect of Tongqiaobiyan tablet combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is good,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
