摘　　要：近年来围手术期外科之家逐渐被应用到青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者的矫形手术中。笔者对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸矫形手术患者中的围手术期外科之家的应用情况进行综述,包括围手术期外科之家的起源、内涵及要素内容等,以期为此类繁杂高风险类外科手术患者的围手术期护理提供参考依据。In recent years,the perioperative surgical home model has been gradually applied to the posterior spinal fusion for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.This review summarizes the application of perioperative surgical home model in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis surgery,including the concept,connotation and elements,hoping to provide reference and reference for complex and high-risk surgical procedures.
