国家战略视角下高校数字资源长期保存的实践与思考

摘　　要：[目的/意义]了解我国高校图书馆数字资源长期保存工作的现状,明确在国家战略视角下的发展思路。[方法/过程]从数字资源长期保存的概念入手,在回顾国内外有关研究和实践的背景后,从权益谈判、关键技术和实施情况几方面重点介绍北京大学图书馆承担国家数字资源长期保存体系项目的实践,根据高校图书馆数字资源采购联盟调研情况分析国家战略视角下高校数字资源长期保存工作存在的问题。[结果/结论 ]对我国高校数字资源长期保存工作提出提高长期保存意识、加强统筹规划与合作、科学制订遴选标准、全面提出权益需求、加强技术实力和水平、探索长期保存标准与实践、加强人才培养等建议。[Purpose/Significance]To find out the current situation of digital preservation in Chinese universi-ty libraries,and to clarify the development ideas from the perspective of national strategy.[Method/Process]Based on the concept of digital preservation and the review of domestic and foreign researches and practices,this paper introduced the practice of Peking University Library in undertaking the National Digital Preservation Program from the aspects of rights negotiation,key technologies and implementation,and analyzed the problems about universi-ties'digital preservation to be resolved from the perspective of national strategy based on the investigation conduct-ed by DRAA.[Result/Conclusion]Some suggestions regarding digital preservation in Chinese university libraries are put forward,such as improving the awareness of digital preservation,strengthening overall planning and coop-eration,scientifically formulating digital resources selection criteria,comprehensively raising declaration of digital preservation rights and interests,improving technical level,exploring digital preservation standards and practices,and strengthening personnel training,etc.
