摘  要:为了提升内置式无轴承永磁同步电机的转矩性能和悬浮性能,提出一种基于响应面法和粒子群优化算法的内置式无轴承永磁同步电机多目标优化设计方法。首先,介绍内置式无轴承永磁同步电机的悬浮力产生原理。其次,阐明所采用的响应面法和多目标粒子群优化算法的原理。再次,根据所提出的多目标优化设计方法,按照灵敏度分析、响应面法建模和多目标粒子群优化的步骤对内置式无轴承永磁同步电机进行优化设计,并对优化后电机和初始电机的转矩和悬浮性能进行对比分析。最后,制作优化后的样机,并构建实验平台对样机性能进行测试。In order to improve the torque performance and suspension performance of the interior bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor(IBPMSM),an IBPMSM multi-objective optimization design method based on the response surface method and multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the principle of suspension force generation of the IBPMSM is introduced.Secondly,the principles of response surface method and MOPSO algorithm used in the proposed optimization design method are clarified.Thirdly,according to the proposed multi-objective optimization design method,an IBPMSM is optimized by the steps of sensitivity analysis,response surface method modeling and MOPSO.The torque performance and suspension performance of the optimal motor and the initial motor are compared and analyzed.Finally,an optimal design prototype motor is manufactured,and an experimental platform is built to test the performance of the prototype motor.
