摘  要:为了研究单弓形折流板参数对J型换热器性能的影响,优化单弓形折流板的结构参数,通过Fluent对不同折流板间距和缺口高度条件下的J型换热器进行数值模拟,得到J型换热器的温度场、速度场、压力场。通过对比分析,结果表明:所研究J型换热器的综合最优板间距为750 mm,缺口高度为0.25D。随着折流板间距和缺口高度的增大,对换热器的性能影响是先增大达到临界点后逐渐减小,并非单一性影响关系,需要综合临界值获得最优的折流板结构参数。In order to study the effect of single bowed baffle parameters on the performance of J-type heat exchanger and optimize the structural parameters of single bowed baffle,numerical simulation of J-type heat exchanger with different baffle spacing and notch height was performed by Fluent to obtain the temperature,velocity and pressure fields of J-type heat exchanger.The results show that the integrated optimal plate spacing for the J-type heat exchanger is 750 mm and the notch height is 0.25D.The effect of increasing the spacing between baffle plates and the height of the notch on the performance of the heat exchanger first increases to reach the critical point and then gradually decreases,rather than a single influence relationship.It is necessary to comprehensively obtain the optimal baffle structure parameters based on the critical value.
