黄芪多糖可溶性粉对樱桃谷肉种鸭育雏育成期成活率和禽流感(H5)抗体的影响

摘　　要：为探讨黄芪多糖可溶性粉对樱桃谷肉种鸭育维育成期成活率和禽流感(H5)抗体的影响。将19800只健康的1日龄樱桃谷肉种鸭,随机分为空白对照组和黄芪多糖组,每组3个重复,每个重复3300只种鸭,试验期间每天观察鸭的采食情况和精神状态,记录死亡只数;在14周采血测H5-R6株和H5-R8株抗体水平。结果:黄芪多糖组母鸭成活率为(99.80±0.19)%,与空白对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);黄芪多糖组公鸭成活率为(98.44±1.45)%,与空白对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);黄芪多糖组H5-R6株抗体滴度为7.88±2.21,与空白对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);黄芪多糖组H5-R8株抗体滴度为10.03±1.10,与空白对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);结论:日粮中添加黄芪多糖可溶性粉对樱桃谷肉种鸭育雏育成期成活率和禽流感(H5)抗体有显著的影响。To investigate the effects of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)soluble powder on the survival rate and H5 antibody of Cherry Valley broder ducks.A total of 19800 healthy 1-day-old Cherry Valley broilers were randomly divided into blank control group and Astragalus polysaccharide group with 3 replicates per group and 3300 broilers per replicate.The feeding and mental state of ducks were observed every day during the experiment,and the number of dead ducks was recorded.Blood samples were collected at 14 weeks to measure the antibody levels of H5-R6 and H5-R8 strains.Results:The survival rate of female ducks in APS group was 99.80±0.19,which was significantly different from that in blank control group(P<0.05):The survival rate of drakes in APS group was 98.44±1.45,which was significantly different from that in blank control group(P<0.05).The titer of H5-R6 strains in APS group was 7.88±2.21,which was significantly different from that in blank control group(P<0.01).The titer of H5-R8 strain in APS group was 10.03±1.10,which was significantly different from that in blank control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Dietary supplementation of soluble Astragalus polysaccharide powder has significant effects on the survival rate and avian influenza(H5)antibody of Cherry Valley breeders.
