摘　　要：为探究生猪养殖中传染病的预防与治疗办法。试验选取2021年8月至2022年1月某猪养殖场98头感染猪流行性感冒的病猪进行研究,基于治疗方式的差异对研究样本进行分组,西药组(n=49)采用西药方式治疗,结合组(n=49)在西药组基础上与中药结合开展治疗,对比2组病猪各临床症状消失时间。结果:结合组病猪鼻部眼部分泌物消失时间为(2.25±0.37)d、食欲恢复时间为(3.26±0.48)d、咳嗽消失时间为(3.01±0.44)d、体温复常时间为(3.11±0.43)d、关节疼痛消失时间为(3.25±0.49)d,均明显短于西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:猪传染性疾病的发生会对猪的健康生长及养殖效益产生不利影响,养殖人员需明确各种猪传染病的病因及防治措施,强化日常饲养管理,在传染病发生后及时对症治疗,加快病猪痊愈,促进猪养殖业能持续发展。In order to explore the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in pig breeding.Ninety-eight pigs infected with swine influenza in a pig farm from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study.The samples were grouped based on differences in treatment methods.The Western medicine group(n=49)was treated with western medicine,while the combination group(n=49)was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the western medicine group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms was compared between the two groups.Results:In the combination group,the disappearance time of nasal and eye secretions was(2.25±0.37)d,the recovery time of appetite was(3.26±0.48)d,the disappearance time of cough was(3.01±0.44)d,the recovery time of body temperature was(3.11±0.43)d,and the disappearance time of joint pain was(3.25±0.49)d.It was significantly shorter than western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of pig infectious diseases will have adverse effects on the healthy growth and breeding efficiency of pigs.Breeders need to identify the etiology and prevention measures of various pig infectious diseases,strengthen daily feeding management,timely treatment after the occurrence of infectious diseases,accelerate the recovery of pigs,and promote the sustainable development of pig breeding industry.
