摘　　要：弧菌性肝炎是近年在家禽养殖领域发生流行的一种新型的传染性疾病,又被称为鸡弯曲杆菌性肝炎,是由空肠弯曲杆菌感染引发的一种传染性疾病,任何年龄品种的鸡都可以受到病原的入侵,典型的临床特征是发病周期相对较长,大多呈现慢性发病经过,引发肝脏出现出血坏死并伴随脂肪浸润。由于该类疾病发病初期阶段的临床症状不明显,或者有些成年阶段的鸡根本不会出现明显的临床特征,无法通过外在症状分清是否存在发病情况,只有并发其他传染性疾病后才会出现典型的临床症状,在养殖中经常被忽视。当弧菌性肝炎在养殖场中频繁的传播流行,没有第一时间采取措施进行有效的净化处理,易出现继发感染混合感染的现象,严重损伤养殖户的经济效益。该文主要论述鸡弧菌性肝炎的流行特点、诊断方法和防治措施。Vibrio hepatitis is a new infectious disease prevalent in poultry breeding in recent years,also known as Campylobacter hepatitis of chicken,is an infectious disease caused by Campylobacter jejuni infection,chickens of any age can be invaded by the pathogen,the typical clinical characteristics are relatively long onset cycle,most of them present chronic disease course.Cause liver bleeding necrosis with fat infiltration.Because the clinical symptoms of this kind of disease are not obvious in the early stage of onset,or some chickens in the adult stage do not show obvious clinical characteristics at all,it is impossible to distinguish whether there is disease through the external symptoms,only after other infectious diseases will appear typical clinical symptoms,which is often ignored in breeding.When vibrio hepatitis spreads frequently in livestock farms,and no effective purification treatment is taken at the first time,the phenomenon of secondary infection and mixed infection is easy to occur,which seriously damages the economic benefits of livestock farmers.This paper mainly discusses the epidemic characteristics,diagnostic methods and prevention measures of vibrio gallinae hepatitis.
