摘　　要：奶牛乳腺炎属于奶牛的一种常见疾病,是制约奶牛健康养殖发展的重要因素,给奶牛养殖业造成经济损失。金黄色葡萄球菌是乳腺炎的主要病原菌,其耐药菌株的出现给临床治疗带来挑战。近年,由于抗生素的大量使用,导致金葡菌耐药性的产生与传播,导致奶牛乳房炎防治困难、费用高昂,而致病菌及抗生素对奶制品及环境造成的污染。该文论述金黄色葡萄球菌的生物学特性、致病菌群与致病机制、抗生素对其的作用及耐药性,为奶牛乳腺炎的诊断与治疗提供参考。Mastitis of dairy cows is a common disease of dairy cows,which is an important factor restricting the development of healthy dairy cattle breeding and causes economic losses to dairy cattle breeding industry.Staphylococcus aureus is the main pathogen of mastitis.The emergence of drug-resistant strains brings challenges to clinical treatment.In recent years,due to the extensive use of antibiotics,Staphylococcus aureus resistance has resulted in the generation and spread,resulting in the prevention and control of dairy cow mastitis is difficult and costly,and pathogenic bacteria and antibiotics have caused pollution to dairy products and the environment.This paper discusses the biological characteristics,pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic mechanism of Staphylococcus aureus,the action and drug resistance of antibiotics against Staphylococcus aureus,and provides reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cow mastitis.
