霍兰德人格特质理论在大学生专业认知教育中的应用研究

摘　　要：目前专业认知教育开展方式主要集中在“知彼”层面,对“知己”层面的探索不多。霍兰德人格特质理论及其应用工具通过对人格特质与专业的匹配,在一定程度上能够有效帮助大学生寻找适合自己的专业(群),是从“知己”层面开展专业认识教育的有效方式。本研究以部分专业大一新生为样本,通过霍兰德职业自我探索量表,生成学生的人格特质代码,然后与大学专业的霍兰德代码进行适配,得出专业适配度,根据适配度数值,对不同学生群体提出了针对性学习建议。从验证结果看,专业适配度与学习成绩成正相关关系、与转专业意愿成负相关关系。At present,the development of professional cognitive education is mainly focused on the level of"knowing others",but there is little exploration on the level of"knowing oneself".Holland's personality trait theory and its application tools can effectively help college students find suitable majors(groups)by matching personality traits with majors to a certain extent,which is an effective way to carry out professional awareness education from the perspective of"knowing themselves".This study takes some freshmen in certain majors as samples and generates their personality trait codes through the Holland Career Self Exploration Scale.Then,they are adapted to the Holland codes of university majors to obtain the degree of professional adaptation.Based on the fitness value,targeted learning suggestions were proposed for different student groups.From the verification results,it can be seen that there is a positive correlation between professional adaptability and academic performance,and a negative correlation with willingness to switch majors.
