摘　　要：将焦点解决短期心理咨询四象限模型运用于大学生人际矛盾晤谈之中,探索构建具有正向关系、正向目标、正向经验、正向未来等特色的“四段式”谈心谈话模式,能够不断探索创新高校育人工作模式,树立正向导向,促进大学生获得全面成长;凝聚育人合力,不断提升思政队伍专业素养;因势而新做好育人工作,实现心育与德育同频共振等重要价值意蕴。This paper applies the four-quadrant model for solution-focused brief psychological counseling to conversations regarding college students'interpersonal conflicts,so as to explore how to construct a"four-segment"heart-to-heart conversation mode featuring positive relationships,positive goals,positive experience and positive future.Such effort is made to ceaselessly explore and innovate on the mode of college education,and clarify a positive direction in practice,as well as to help college students achieve all-round development.Joint efforts are to be made in education,and the professional quality of ideological and political faculty shall be improved.By following the new trend,importance shall be attached to education,thereby achieving synergy between psychological education and moral education.
