摘　　要：东北高校大学生外语能力对国家发展和东北区域振兴至关重要。本文通过问卷调查,了解东北地区5所不同层次高校在校大学生的外语使用、外语习得、外语能力和外语态度状况。基于对调查结果的统计分析,针对提升东北高校大学生的外语能力提出如下建议:东北高校应及时展开外语教育改革,探索外语和其他学科结合的复合型培养体系,加强对非外语专业学生的外语作为专业课程教育,开展更有针对性的外语单项能力教育;大学生应提高个人语言规划意识,做自我语言能力培养的第一责任人;地方政府应开展区域外语需求调研,从需求端为高校语言人才的培养提供建议和必要的人才发展通道。Foreign language ability of college students in northeast China is very important to the national development and the revitalization of northeast China.By means of a questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the foreign language use,foreign language acquisition,foreign language ability and foreign language attitude of college students in 5 universities of different levels in northeast China.Based on the statistical analysis of the survey results,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the foreign language ability of college students in northeast China:colleges and universities in northeast China should carry out the reform of foreign language education in time,explore the compound training system combining foreign language with other disciplines,strengthen the foreign language as a major course education for non-foreign language majors,and carry out more targeted single ability education of foreign language.College students should improve their awareness of language planning and be the first person responsible for the cultivation of their own language ability.Local governments should conduct research on regional foreign language needs,and provide suggestions and necessary talent development channels for the training of college language talents from the demand side.
