摘　　要：目的建立红背丝绸的质量标准。方法显微鉴别法对粉末及药材横切面进行鉴别,TLC法定性鉴别岩白菜素、白藜芦醇,HPLC法测定岩白菜素、白藜芦醇含量。结果红背丝绸显微鉴别特征为草酸钙针晶、簇晶、石细胞及淀粉粒较多,木栓层中有大量棕色块散在,韧皮射线顶端呈喇叭状。TLC斑点清晰,分离度良好。岩白菜素、白藜芦醇分别在0.0503~1.0064、0.0203~0.4065 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9994),平均加样回收率分别为101.70%、96.48%,RSD分别为1.28%、1.08%,含量分别为10.9924、1.0833 mg/g。结论该方法操作简便可靠,具有较好的重现性,可以用于红背丝绸的质量控制。AIM To establish the the quality standard of Cissus assamica(Laws.)Craib.METHODS C.assamica had its powder and the cross section identified by microscopy,and its bergenin and resveratrol qualitatively and quantitatively determined by TLC and HPLC,respectively.RESULTS The microscopic features of C.assamica included many calcium oxalate needle crystals,cluster crystals,stone cells and starch granules;a large number of brownish mass distribution in phellem layer;and trumpet-shaped tip of phloem ray as well.The clear TLC spots indicated a fine separation.The bergenin and resveratrol were observed with good linearity within the range of 0.0503-1.0064 mg/mL and 0.0203-0.4065 mg/mL respectively(r>0.9994),with average recoveries of 101.70%and 96.48%respectively,and 1.28%and 1.08%RSD respectively;and their contents determined to be 10.9924 mg/g and 1.0833 mg/g.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of C.assamica.
