摘  要:在电源产品质量检验过程中,线束检验测试占据重要地位,只有保障线束检验结果的准确性,才能保障电源产品的应用效果。为进一步优化陷入检验效果,需要以电压检测的方式为基础,合理设计测试电路,保障导通线路满足唯一性要求。同时,可以采用发光二极管对线缆的导通状态进行反映,以简化检验电路的整体操作过程,并提升检验的准确性。文章主要对基于电压检测方式的线束检验测试电路设计策略进行分析,以供参考。In the process of power supply product quality inspection,wiring harness inspection and testing occupy an important position.Only by ensuring the accuracy of the wiring harness inspection results can the application effect of power supply products be guaranteed.In order to further optimize:the test effect,it is necessary to reasonably design the test circuit based on the voltage detection method to ensure that the conduction circuit meets the unique requirements.At the same time,Light Emitting Diode can be used to reflect the conduction state of the cable,so as to simplify the overall operation process of the inspection circuit and improve the accuracy of the inspection.This article mainly analyzes the design strategy of the wiring harness inspection test circuit based on the voltage detection method for reference.
