摘 要:从某污水处理厂收集含硫酸废水,对其进行处理后得到固体废物。设计实验,分别选取反应温度、反应时间、碳与硫的摩尔比、添加剂这4个因素来探究其是否对固废热分解效果产生影响。结果表明,反应时间、反应温度、碳与硫的摩尔比这3个因素对固废样品的热分解效果有显著影响,有无添加剂对于单位反应物产气量的影响并不明显。采用正交设计,分析各因素不同组合下的固废热分解效果,得到当反应温度为900℃、反应时间为50 min、碳与硫的摩尔比为3.5∶1时,硫酸钙的还原率最高,分解较为彻底。Waste water is collected from a sewage treatment plant,and solid waste is obtained after treatment of sulfuric acid wastewater.Experiments are designed to explore whether reaction temperature,reaction time,molar ratio of carbon to sulfur and additives influences the decomposition effect of solid and waste heat.The results show that reaction time,reaction temperature and molar ratio of carbon to sulfur have significant effects on the thermal decomposition of solid waste samples,and the effect of additive on gas production per unit reaction is not obvious.Orthogonal design is used to explore the decomposition effect of solid and waste heat under different combinations of factors.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 900℃,the reaction time is 50min,and the molar ratio of carbon to sulfur is 3.5:1,the reduction rate of calcium sulfate is the highest,and the decomposition is more complete.
