摘 要:为探索真空破坏阀在管配系统中的运行稳定性,建立了一个真空破坏阀数值模型,针对其在运行过程中的流场及动态特性,采用CFD动网格技术及CFX表达式语言等方法,分析了真空破坏阀在设计参数下的阀门流场、阀芯位移及阀芯受力等变化规律,研究了不同弹簧对真空破坏阀的影响。结果表明,真空破坏阀在设计工况运行过程中弹簧刚度取26000 N/m,阀芯出现波动较大的现象。为优化真空破坏阀,解决抑制阀芯颤振问题,改变弹簧的刚度系数,分析不同弹簧刚度下的真空破坏阀动态特性,得出弹簧刚度值取16000~20000 N/m较为合理。In order to explore the operation stability of the vacuum breaking valve in the piping system,a numerical model of the vacuum breaking valve is established.Aiming at the flow field and dynamic characteristics of the vacuum breaking valve in the process of operation,the study uses CFD dynamic grid technology and CFX expression language to analyze the change rules of the flow field,displacement and stress of the valve core under the design parameters of the vacuum breaking valve,and studies the influence of different springs on the vacuum breaking valve.The results show that the spring stiffness of the vacuum breaking valve is 26000 N/m and the valve core fluctuates greatly during the operation under the design condition.In order to optimize the vacuum breaking valve,solve the problem of suppressing the chatter of the valve core,and change the stiffness coefficient of the spring,the study analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the vacuum breaking valve under different spring stiffness,and draws a conclusion that the spring stiffness value is between 16000 and 20000 N/m.
