摘 要:针对某选矿厂炉前皮带系统除尘存在的问题,结合微米级干雾抑尘技术原理,制定了具体的技术方案,对系统设备配置、主要设备功能配置进行了说明。设计了一种移动式皮带卸料车除尘方法,分析了装置的具体组合特征及实施方式,对比了微米级干雾抑尘技术与传统的布袋除尘效果。结果表明,微米级干雾抑尘技术在投资费用、建设面积及系统耗电、耗水、耗气和维修费用等方面均优于布袋除尘器,经测算,投资成本降低440万元,运行成本费用降低309万元/年,除尘效果较为显著。In view of the problems of dust removal of the belt system in front of the furnace of a concentrator,and according to the principle of micron dry fog dust suppression technology,the study formulates specific technology scheme,and explains the configuration of system equipment and main equipment functions.Then the study designs the dust extraction of mobile belt throw-off carriage,analyzes the specific combination features and implement means of the devices,and compares the micron dry fog dust suppression technology and traditional cloth bag dust removal effect.The results show that micron dry fog dust suppression technology is superior to cloth bag dust collector in investment cost,construction area,power consumption,water consumption,gas consumption and maintenance costs.After calculation,it is found that the cost of investment reduces by 4400 thousand yuan,the cost of operation reduces by 3090 thousand yuan per year,and the effect of dust removal is obvious.
